Mail Order Marriages Divorce Rate
To extend the answer to “Does a mail order bride work?” question, I compared the divorce rate for all marriages in the United States (is around 50%), and the divorce rate for mail order marriages (is actually quite low, 20%.)
There are a number of factors that contribute to the successful outcome of mail order bride marriages, including the fact that partners first got to know each other well on a dating site and chose each other based on their preferred appearance, financial situation, values, and goals. In addition, mail order marriages involve couples who are from different cultures, which adds an extra layer of excitement and fun to the relationship.
Despite cultural differences, language barriers, and other issues that can make communication difficult, many mail order marriages are still strong, lasting, and have a very high success rate. If you’re considering entering into a mail order marriage, there’s no need to be discouraged – with a little bit of preparation and understanding, I’m more than sure your marriage can be a true love story too.
